in Collecchio, an area on the "strada
del prosciutto" (ham trail), between
the valleys of the Parma and Baganza rivers.
Many other famous Parma products are also
to be found along the same itinerary, such
as: Salame di Felino (salami), Culatello
di Zibello (premium Parma ham) and Spalla
cotta di S. Secondo (cooked shoulder). |
